LNAP (Long Night Against Procrastination) is an evening designed to help students stay motivated and productive through workshops, tutoring, academic resources, and interactive activities that support student success.

    This workshop introduces students to the concept of procrastination and explores the reasons why it occurs. Through guided reflection activities, students will identify their own procrastination patterns and gain a better understanding of the barriers preventing them from starting assignments.
