Ready to Become a Peer Mentor?

Currently, we are seeking individuals to join our team for the Summer 2024 - Spring 2025 school year. The Peer Mentor Experience is both a unique honor and an opportunity for personal and professional growth. Peer Mentors aid students in the transition to Florida International University and throughout their first semester of college. They are a great resource for students in and outside of the classroom.

How to Apply

There are four steps in the process of becoming a Peer Mentor for the 2024-2025 academic year.

Step 1:  Review the Position Description. You can access the online application on Panther Connect, and you must submit your completed application.

Step 2:  After you submit your application, you will be notified via e-mail to sign up for an interview day/time.

Step 3:  Once we receive your application, we will also be sending you an informational video where you will learn more about the Peer Mentor responsibilities and expectations. Please watch and write down any questions you may have. You will have the opportunity to ask questions during the interview.

Step 4:  If you are selected as a Peer Mentor, you will be notified via email.
