Bio

Erika obtained her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology in 2017. Her journey began as a Student Assistant at the FIU Law School's Career Planning and Placement Office while she pursued her undergraduate degree. Upon graduating, Erika transitioned into a full-time role. In 2023, she embraced a new chapter in her career as a Student Success Specialist, discovering her true passion for supporting students in higher education.

With over five years of valuable experience in administrative roles across higher education, marketing, and even in a hospital environment, Erika brings a diverse skill set to her current position. Her primary responsibilities involve orchestrating outreach efforts aimed at diverse student cohorts through carefully devised strategic campaigns.
