International Student Union

The International Student Union (ISU) is a dedicated bureau within FIU’s Student Experiences department committed to making FIU a true “home away from home” for our international Panthers.

Serving as a vibrant hub for connection, personal growth, and cultural exploration, ISU fosters a welcoming and inclusive community where international students can build lasting relationships with peers, broaden their perspectives, and excel academically, while enriching their overall college experience.

ISU is dedicated to listening to the needs and concerns of international students, advocating for their interests, and providing supportive, peer-led guidance throughout their academic journey. Through a variety of social, cultural, and academic programs and events, ISU empowers our international Panthers to reach their full potential while contributing to the vibrant tapestry of FIU's diverse student body.
