The Center for Academic Success (CfAS) offers workshops in Calculus II facilitated by tutors, who have shown success in Calculus II, working through various worksheets created by math professors with the students attending the workshops. These workshops are designed to reinforce concepts that are crucial to the understanding of Calculus II. The Recitation Sessions are structured as walk-in sessions in which students interested in attending may receive same-day help. In order to receive extra credit, students are expected to attend at least 8 sessions and to respond to surveys created by the Center for Academic Success (CfAS) to provide feedback on the workshop.
