MyMajorMatch

MyMajorMatch is a new way for students to discover their interests, skills, and other important information that will assist them in achieving their career goals. Through students’ assessment results, advisors can guide students toward several degrees applicable to their goals to enhance their FIU experience. MyMajorMatch assists students in exploratory majors in deciding their careers based on their assessment results.

The MyMajorMatch link can be found on your Student Homepage in MyFIU. Click on the Academic Advising tile, then click on the My Major tile, and finally click on the MyMajorMatch link on the left-hand vertical menu.

  • What is the MyMajorMatch tool?

    The MyMajorMatch tool matches your interest with FIU majors, giving you an opportunity to explore career paths that you might have never considered.

  • How do I access it?

    Log into MyFIU with your Panther ID and My Accounts Password, then click on the Academic Advising tile. Inside the Academic Advising tile, click on the My Major tile, and finally look for the MyMajorMatch link on the vertical menu on the left-hand side of the screen. 

  • Who has access to MyMajorMatch?

    MyMajorMatch is only available to applicants and current degree-seeking undergraduate students. If you are a degree-seeking undergraduate student and do not have access, please email advtech@fiu.edu.

  • How do I view a student’s MyMajorMatch assessment results?

    To view a student’s MyMajorMatch Assessment results, log in to MyFIU with your Panther ID and Password, then go to the “Campus Solutions” link and follow this navigation: FIU Custom – Academic Advising – Use – MyMajorMatch Results.   • Who has access?

    MyMajorMatch is only available to applicants and current degree seeking undergraduate students. If your advisee is a degree seeking undergraduate student and he/she does not have access, send an email to advtech@fiu.edu. Please do not forget to include student’s name and Panther ID.
