Christine Parra

Bio

Christine Parra currently serves as a Senior Student Success Analyst within the Office of Student Success Operations and Strategy. She has been working within the field of higher education since 2015 and has experience within the areas of Academic Advising, Career Services, and Orientation. Since 2020, she has also been teaching FIU’s First Year Experience course. Christine graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Family, Youth and Community Sciences from the University of Florida and a Master of Science in Higher Education Administration from Florida International University.

Christine joined the Data Insights and Strategy team in 2024. In her role, she uses data to track retention, attrition, and progression to graduation trends, evaluate student success projects and initiatives, and support the university's student success goals.
