Wendy Pastrana serves as the Senior Administrative Coordinator for FIU’s Success Courses team. In this role, she manages the logistics of the department’s course offerings and provides vital support to the Office of Student Success Operations & Strategy (SSOS). Wendy also plays a key role in recruitment, onboarding, and training of SLS instructors and collaborates closely with adjunct faculty to ensure a high-quality learning experience for students.
Wendy earned her Bachelor of Science in Hospitality and Tourism Management, along with a certificate in Event Management, from Florida International University. She is passionate about supporting student success and is proud to contribute to FIU’s mission.
