Soray Morgado serves as the Program Manager for the Peer Mentor Program within Florida International University’s Office of Student Success Operations and Strategy. In this role, she oversees the program and leads a dynamic team of Peer Mentors, Student Peer Mentor Coordinators, and Graduate Assistants who support students enrolled in the FIU’s Success Courses.
Soray earned her Bachelor of Science in Communication from Florida International University. She is deeply committed to student development and takes pride in strengthening students’ public speaking, mentoring, and leadership skills to support and give back to FIU’s first-year community.
