Jocelyn Villamar is the Coordinator for Administrative Services in the Office of Student Success Operations and Strategy (SSOS). She holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Supervision and Management and an Advanced Technical Certificate in Human Resource Management from Miami Dade College. She supports daily operations and cross-functional coordination. She focuses on administrative efficiency, communication, and process improvement.
