Bio
Erika obtained her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology in 2017. Her journey began as a Student Assistant at the FIU Law School's Career Planning and Placement Office while she pursued her undergraduate degree. Upon graduating, Erika transitioned into a full-time role. In 2023, she embraced a new chapter in her career as a Student Success Specialist, discovering her true passion for supporting students in higher education.
With over five years of valuable experience in administrative roles across higher education, marketing, and even in a hospital environment, Erika brings a diverse skill set to her current position. Her primary responsibilities involve orchestrating outreach efforts aimed at diverse student cohorts through carefully devised strategic campaigns. Erika is currently pursuing her master's in Higher Education Administration at FIU.
