Our design services are free for all recognized student organizations in good standing with the university, as well as, all (SLD) departments and councils. We provide graphic layout and design for such things as: flyers, social media & digital TV images, T-shirts, banners, brochures, tablecloths, and more… Our team is also available to meet, brainstorm, and develop unique marketing media for your programs.
Our standard turnaround for publications request is (2) weeks. For proper marketing of your program, we recommend submitting publication request (3-4) weeks in advance of your event/program. This allows adequate time to promote the digital media we have created for you.
Photography services are only available for (SLD) departments and councils and require a (2) week request notice. (Student organizations are not eligible). You will be notified within (5) days of request if we are able to accommodate your date(s). Our photographer will capture up to 2hours of footage at your event and edit/upload to your Flickr account within (1) week from event.
