Women Who Lead Virtual Conference

Women Who Lead (WWL) is a two day leadership & career virtual conference designed to enhance the personal, professional & academic leadership development of students at FIU. We achieve this by engaging students with experiences central to female-identified faculty, staff, alumni and professionals of all industries.

With Women Who Lead, we seek to:

  • Enhance participant’s understanding & awareness about the scope of women in leadership in our society today.
  • Provide participants with an opportunity to interact with & learn from women leaders in a variety of career fields.
