The Crown is a Homecoming week tradition to crown our Homecoming Court. The court promotes affinity for FIU and allows students to showcase their school pride. This will truly be a night to remember, full of laughs, memories, elegance, and sense of community for Miami-Dade County.

Come see our FIU Panthers on stage at Panthers Got Talent, a Homecoming tradition in which the talented individuals at FIU perform live. Join us for a night of entertainment with singing, dancing, and many more acts. Who has what it takes to take home the Gold? Find out at Panthers Got Talent.

FIU Alumni is pleased to announce the 2024 5 Under 35 Recognition Event. With the support of our alumni, we will select the recipients of the FIU Alumni 5 Under 35 award. These FIU alumni, ages 35 and younger, have made exceptional achievements and contributions to their professions. They exemplify FIU's core values of Truth, Freedom, Respect, Responsibility and Excellence in their personal and professional lives. Join us as we celebrate these exemplary Panthers!

This is your chance to savor the Bay's best flavors from local food vendors around our Biscayne Bay Campus. There will be something for everyone to enjoy among our featured restaurants!

Get ready to party Caribbean-style! Caribbean Bash is a culture-packed event traditionally held at the Biscayne Bay Campus in North Miami. This event features DJs, food vendors, and dance competitions. Anyone looking to experience island culture is welcome to join.

Graduates of the 70s, it's time to reconnect with the Panthers who made your FIU experience unforgettable! Join us for an afternoon of nostalgia and FIU spirit. 

6-9 p.m. | Chili’s (Graham Center, MMC)

Graduates of the 90s, it's time to reconnect with the Panthers who made your FIU experience unforgettable! Join us for an evening in the old Gracie's Grill location for a night of networking, nostalgia, and FIU spirit. 

 8:30-10:30 AM – GC 243

Calling all alumni who work for FIU: We want to celebrate you! Join the Offices of Human Resources and Alumni Relations for our inaugural Double Panther event. Double Panthers who attend our open house-style event will enjoy giveaways, entertainment and some light bites. Invited guests are asked to check with their supervisor to ensure proper office coverage before RSVPing.

6 p.m. – FIU Football Stadium 

FIU takes on Monmouth University on Saturday, September 21, at 6 p.m.

Students receive complimentary entrance to all FIU games with their OneCards. All others can purchase their tickets by visiting fiutickets.com.
