Approach to therapy Stephanie takes an integrative and individualized approach to therapy, with attention to the different areas of a student’s life that may contribute to their overall well-being and performance. She incorporates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) into her work. She works with students to better understand patterns in their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors while identifying practical strategies to improve overall quality of life. Her goal is to support students in building motivation, working towards meaningful goals, and creating change that aligns with what they want for themselves.

Professional interests Stephanie is interested in working with students who are experiencing mood and anxiety concerns, adjustments to life changes, and challenges related to sport and performance. She enjoys working with students who are interested in exploring different parts of their identities and understanding how these experiences connect to their overall well-being, relationships, and personal goals.
Other activities In her free time, Stephanie enjoys running, staying active, and searching for the best cafecito spots around Miami.
