She believes that an authentic therapeutic relationship is an important foundation for meaningful growth. Olivia strives to create a supportive, nonjudgemental space where clients can show up as themselves and be the experts of their own experiences. She tailors her approach to each client’s unique needs and goals by helping clients explore their values, and use those values as a compass to navigate challenges and create meaningful change.
