Approach to therapy Ojaswi adopts a primarily Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) approach, emphasizing the connection between thoughts, emotions, and behaviors to help clients develop practical, evidence-based strategies for change. Her work is integrative in nature, incorporating elements from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to help clients become more open to their experiences, values-based living, and mindful awareness; as well as humanistic principles that prioritize empathy, authenticity, and a strong therapeutic alliance. Ojaswi strives to create a collaborative, nonjudgmental space where clients feel supported in exploring their experiences and building insight. Her therapeutic goals include helping clients develop effective coping skills, enhance self-awareness, and foster meaningful, sustainable change aligned with clients’ personal values and life goals.

Professional interests Ojaswi’s professional interests include working with college students, emerging adults, and older adults, particularly in the areas of anxiety, depression, poor self-esteem, stress, and adjustment concerns. She is also interested in supporting individuals navigating life transitions, interpersonal relationships, and identity development, as well as exploring how family dynamics and parenting experiences can influence mental health and well-being. She values creating inclusive, culturally responsive therapeutic spaces and is interested in understanding how cultural and individual differences shape clients’ experiences.
Other activities Outside of her professional work, Ojaswi enjoys traveling and exploring different countries and cultures, cooking, painting, spending time at the beach, and being around dogs. She also enjoys watching psychological thriller movies and discovering new stories and perspectives through film.
