Education: Doctorate in Clinical Psychology, Nova Southeastern University – Fort Lauderdale

Approach to Therapy: Megha’s integrative approach to therapy combines methods from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Interpersonal Therapy (IPT), offering a personalized treatment experience. Her methodology focuses on enhancing psychological flexibility by blending ACT’s mindfulness and behavioral change strategies with the emphasis on interpersonal dynamics and relationships from Interpersonal theory. Megha guides clients in achieving their goals by leveraging their unique backgrounds and identities as strengths, building essential skills, fostering greater mental flexibility, and promoting a more meaningful life.

Professional Interests: Megha’s professional interests include providing therapy and assessment services to both children and adults, with a particular emphasis on multicultural humility. I am passionate about working with diverse clinical populations, including individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, autism, bipolar disorder, ADHD, and other mood and behavioral disorders. I am dedicated to exploring how environmental and systemic factors influence individuals' daily lives and committed to enhancing their mental well-being through a comprehensive understanding of these dynamics.

Other Activities: In my free time, I find joy in playing tennis, taking dance classes, and enjoying walks in nature. I also love drawing and painting and cherish spending quality moments with friends and family. These activities help me maintain a balanced and fulfilling life, enriching both my personal and professional experiences.
