Her methodology is primarily grounded in the principles of cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), offering an effective framework for addressing a wide range of challenges. Professional Interests: Maddie is particularly passionate about working with individuals in a university counseling center, recognizing this as a pivotal and, at times, challenging period for students. Her primary clinical interests include addressing adjustment disorders, anxiety disorders, mood disorders, trauma-related disorders, interpersonal conflict, emotional dysregulation, grief and loss, and substance use concerns.
Other Activities: Outside of her professional life, Maddie enjoys exploring her city, spending time outdoors, visiting local beaches, trying new restaurants, and spending quality time with family and friends.
