Approach to Therapy:
Annalise’s therapeutic approach focuses on the relationship, providing a space rooted in empathy, compassion, and curiosity. She utilizes an integrative and culturally informed perspective that centers around an individual’s unique lived experience. She primarily uses a psychodynamic framework, while implementing elements of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Family Systems Theory, among others. Ultimately, she aims to foster an environment that feels collaborative, authentic, and supportive.

Professional Interests:
Annalise is passionate about providing individual and couples therapy to those experiencing interpersonal relationship difficulties, anxiety disorders, mood disorders, trauma, adjustment difficulties, identity concerns, substance misuse, and ADHD. She also enjoys conducting psychological assessments to help clients gain more insight and awareness about themselves and their relationships with others.


Other Activities:
Outside of the professional space, Annalise enjoys spending her free time outside in nature, engaging in physical activity, trying new restaurants, attending concerts, traveling to new places, and sharing quality time with friends and family. She is also an avid reader and loves a good Netflix binge alongside her pet cat, Archibald.
