Approach to therapy Dr. Walker integrates interpersonal and systems-oriented approaches to therapy, recognizing that people are deeply shaped by their relationships, identities, environments, and lived experiences. She prioritizes creating a warm, authentic, culturally informed, and collaborative therapeutic relationship where clients feel safe to explore who they are, the patterns influencing their lives, and developing skills and perspectives that support meaningful, sustainable change.
