Education: Bachelor’s in Psychology, University of Florida – Gainesville, FL; Doctorate in Clinical Psychology, Nova Southeastern University – Fort Lauderdale, FL
Approach to Therapy: Attending to each client’s unique needs and goals, Dr. Roth primarily utilizes an integrative approach with a focus on Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) as needed. She strives to help the client explore new mindsets and approaches to their life, with support and collaboration along the way. Dr. Roth is passionate about helping students facing difficult life adjustments and distressing internal experiences. She aims to create a safe and comforting space by building an authentic relationship with each client.

Professional Interests: Some of Dr. Roth’s professional interests include anxiety disorders, mood disorders, relationship/interpersonal difficulties, identity exploration, difficulty adjusting/transitioning, and self-esteem concerns.
Other Activities: Dr. Roth enjoys spending time with family/friends, staying active, spending time at the beach, as well as relaxing and watching tv.
