Approach to TherapyAttending to each client’s unique needs and goals, Dr. Roth primarily utilizes an integrative approach with a focus on Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) as needed. She strives to help the client explore new mindsets and approaches to their life, with support and collaboration along the way. Dr. Roth is passionate about helping students facing difficult life adjustments and distressing internal experiences. She aims to create a safe and comforting space by building an authentic relationship with each client.
