Approach to Therapy: I utilize an integrative, trauma-and multiculturally-informed approach to therapy. My goal is to meet clients where they are, based on their individual needs. I also incorporate EMDR, Mindfulness-based CBT, and Person-centered interventions.
Approach to Supervision: My approach to supervision is a combination of the Developmental Model and the Person-Centered Model. My aim is to serve as both teacher & collaborator while creating a space where the supervisee can increase their clinical skills, competency and maximize growth while being open and engaging with clients.
