Priority Course Registration
Veterans, military personnel, and military family members have access to priority course registration prior to the start of the official appointment day/time registration period as determined by University officials. To take advantage of this opportunity, contact a success coach and register with the Office of Veteran and Military Affairs.
Dedicated Success Coaching
Meet with a success coach who is dedicated to serving veterans and military-affiliated learners today. Your success coach will provide you with the tools necessary to navigate the transition to college life, connect you to services across the university, and support you on the path to graduation and beyond.
In the Spotlight
FIU's First Tillman Scholar
Following a 25-year career as an Airman, Duilia Mora Turner is now a Senior Fellow at the Jack D. Gordon Institute for Public Policy and is pursuing a Doctor of Business Administration as the university's first Tillman Scholar. During her military tenure, Duilia served as the chief meteorologist for President Barack Obama’s Air Force One and later became the first chief of Women, Peace and Security at United States Southern Command.
