The Multicultural Greek Council (MGC) leads more than 10 culturally based fraternities and sororities. Through its activities, values and positive impact on students, MGC promotes global awareness and interconnectedness. It encourages and motivates members to build strong connections and embody their organization’s values.

How to Join
To be eligible to join the MGC, prospective members must meet the following requirements:
- Be in good academic and disciplinary standing
- Be enrolled for a minimum of 12 or more credit hours during the same semester you intend to begin the new member process
- Current or transfer students having earned at least 12 credits must have a minimum 2.5 GPA at FIU or their previous institution (some chapters may have higher GPA requirements).
