Governing Councils
College Panhellenic Council
The College Panhellenic Council (CPH) oversees seven women's sororities, promoting leadership, the richness of culture, educational achievements and service. CPH is comprised of leaders from all affiliated chapters. They provide support and foster the development of the sorority community on campus.
Independent Greek Council
The Independent Greek Council (IGC) brings together academic, service and professional groups with shared goals while valuing their unique contributions to the campus. IGC promotes these organizations by encouraging community service, supporting high academic standards and helping students become leaders through engagement and professional development.
Interfraternity Council
The Interfraternity Council oversees 10 men’s fraternities. The council is composed of members from all IFC-affiliated chapters. The IFC aims to create strong communities, improve chapters and develop its members into great men.
Multicultural Greek Council
The Multicultural Greek Council (MGC) leads six culturally based fraternities and sororities. MGC promotes global awareness and interconnectedness through its activities, values and positive impact on students.
National Pan-Hellenic Council
The National Pan-Hellenic Council (NPHC), also known as the Divine Nine, oversees six historically Black fraternities and sororities. These groups focus on bringing people together, teaching the “service for life” philosophy and helping members develop leadership skills and excel academically.
Order of Omega
To be recognized as a member of the Order of Omega (OOO) is one of the highest honors a fraternity or sorority member can receive. The OOO honors the top five percent of Greek community members who demonstrate exceptional leadership in interfraternity activities and inspire others to pursue similar outstanding achievements.
