While CLEP credits may be used to fulfill requirements, they will NOT increase the total counting towards graduation if you are already receiving the maximum number of lower-division transfer credits allowed by your academic major. If you are a senior in your last 30 credits at FIU, you must discuss the transfer of CLEP credits with your academic department.
