FCLE Testing Unavailable

Due to System Maintenance, FCLE testing will be unavailable from 8:00 p.m. on Friday, July 24 through 11:59 p.m. on Sunday, August 2, 2026.

Testing will resume on Monday, August 3, 2026.

Please plan your testing accordingly.

Now Available: FCLE In-Person Exam Seats

Exam seats are currently available in-person for the FCLE at Modesto Maidique and Biscayne Bay Testing Centers! Take advantage of the convenience of having on-site technical/proctor support, and state-of-the-art facilities that ensure a smooth experience.

Please be advised that due to recent market rate adjustments certain of our exam fees have increased. Please refer to the proctoring fee associated with your specific exam.

Prepare for the CLEP and test for FREE with Modern States!
Modern States, a non-profit organization offers students free course materials such as lectures, quizzes, and other useful resources to prepare for CLEP exams. After completing the preparation, students can request CLEP vouchers which allow them to test for free. Take advantage of Modern State’s preparation tools with CLEP American Government and satisfy the Civic Literacy Requirement!
